Half Screen dark half bright on the top portion OR bottom portion

In this case inverter card is not working OR CCFL not working so we check inverter card.
multi-meter adjust 250volt AC range at CCFL connector then power switch some time AC voltage show in multi meter means inverter circuit is ok ,but nil voltage it mean inverter circuit faulty OR inverter Transformer is open.

If inverter card is ok then replace CCFL.

 Display fluctuate problem 

In this case power supply and inverter card is defective so replace all polarized capacitor use on power card OR inverter card.

Hazy display (something Line Appear Disturb on the main panel)

in this case, check any polarized capacitor burst power card OR inverter card and check inverter TXFR (transformer) and SM TXFR for loose or break and check dry sold near by inverter txfr and sm txfr.
If it is ok then CCFL connector for loose contact finally replace Inverter TXFR.
