USER ACCOUNT occur in all settings related to user accounts.

CONTROL PANEL START MENU to go to the first open
Then go to USER ACCOUNT.
Click Change user log on or off.
Now you will have two option in which you have to CHECK and UNCHECK.
Figure 1 is that the way you want LOG ON VIEW TO CHECK everyone.

Figure 2 that you like and then LOG ON VIEW TO UNCHECK all.

Then give APPLY. One setting that will SAVE you. LOGIN PAGE LOGON that you shall open your liking.
